PodCasts

Interesting but nothing I'd download, at the moment. More into downloading tunes.

YouTube

I have used this site before to check out musical performances - it's amazing what you can view!
Caught some Super Bowl 2010 ads we didn't see. http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=2010+super+bowl+commercials&search_type=&aq=2&oq=2010+super
It's unbelieveable what people will put out there for the whole world to see!

NetLibrary eAudiobook Center

What a great site - I was amazed at the titles/subjects available.

"You can't always get what you want"

"You can't always get what you want
But if you try sometimes well you might find
You get what you need."

Okay, I now have gone through the lessons, not always successful with the results, but still tried my best.

This was a great way to get caught up (for the moment) on all the new 2.0 features out there in cyberland. I liked the self-guided set-up and the timetable reasonable.

I have used some of the websites we encountered. The ones I had trouble with I may go back and have a look at them again. I probably will never Twitter or Facebook.

Thanks to Elaine and her boys for the help!

Wikiwackiwonki

This is Hawaiian for "quick grab that URl before some one else."

I can see using a Wiki for CAF when we get those pesky ISU demands and have run out of suggestions. Like the Book Lovers Wiki. Added two new titles to WPL Wiki fiction list.

Scrabble

This was an interesting exercise. It would be great to have the hours to sit down and really use all these taggers. del.icio.us was cool - especially the travel bookmarks.

I now also have two new words for Scrabble, taxonomy(ies) and folksonomy(ies) - as long as I can remember while playing. My son always beats me at this game!

Letter James

These are really cool sites.
Did a wine bottle label. Somehow ended up as my screen saver!
